Are the other editions included?

No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Microsoft Excel Edition.

Is this official accounting or regulated software?

No. No automatic meter reading or SMS billing, no online payment collection, no water quality certification, and no government or regulatory reporting; the association's board sets the rates, penalties and disconnection rules.

Can I resell or share it?

No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.

Can we use our own rates?

Yes. Each consumer class has its own minimum cubic metres, minimum charge, rate above the minimum and penalty percentage, all entered by you.

Does it send bills by SMS?

No. It computes and records the bills. Printing, delivery and any messaging stay with the association.

What if a meter is replaced mid-month?

Record the repair, then enter the readings that apply for the bill. Previous and present readings are typed, so the bill always follows what was actually read.
