These terms govern your use of shoplinks-ph.com (the "site"), operated by RDahunan I.T. Services from the Philippines. By using the site or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
ShopLinks PH is a curated review and recommendation site. It does two things:
- Reviews and outbound affiliate links — we recommend products on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. When you click a recommendation and buy on the destination platform, we may earn a commission. The price you pay is the same.
- Digital products sold directly — templates, planners, ebooks, etc. Payments are processed by PayMongo and delivery is by email.
2. Affiliate disclosure
Outbound product links may be affiliate links. Affiliate income does not influence which products are featured. See our Disclaimer for the full disclosure.
3. Reviews are opinions
Articles, reviews, and recommendations on this site reflect the writer's opinion based on real use, research, or both. They are informational, not professional advice. Your experience with any product may differ. Always verify product details, seller reputation, return policies, and current prices on the destination platform before buying.
4. Digital product purchases
When you buy a digital product directly from this site:
- Delivery. Files (or template links) are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check spam first, then contact us with your payment receipt.
- License. Digital products are licensed for personal use unless the product page says otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them without written permission.
- Refunds. A refund is available if the file is broken, the wrong item was delivered, or the product materially differs from its description. Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Refunds are not typically offered for change of mind on already-delivered digital goods (they can't be "returned").
- Payment. Payments are processed by PayMongo. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of articles or product listings without permission.
- Use the contact form to send spam, threats, or unrelated commercial pitches.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise the site's security.
- Use any digital product purchased here in a way that violates its license.
6. Third-party platforms
Once you click an outbound link to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or any other marketplace, that platform's terms and privacy policy apply. We don't control product quality, delivery, customer service, or disputes between you and a seller on those platforms.
7. Site availability
We aim to keep the site online but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Pages, articles, products, and prices may change or be removed without notice.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations, prices, and product information may be inaccurate or outdated despite our best efforts to keep them current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ShopLinks PH and RDahunan I.T. Services are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, purchases made through outbound affiliate links, or use of digital products purchased here. Our total liability for any claim related to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
