No. Direct digital products have a “Sold by RDahunan I.T. Services” label and use the ShopLinks checkout. Partner recommendations are labeled separately and open the seller's marketplace, where that platform handles payment, delivery, returns, and support.
Digital purchases
No. You can check out as a guest using your name and email address. If customer accounts are available, creating one is optional and can make it easier to find past purchases.
Open a digital product, review its price and delivery details, then select Buy now. After payment is confirmed, the download or access link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Manual payments are delivered after verification.
The available options are shown on the checkout page and may include an automatic PayMongo checkout or enabled manual payment methods. Automatic checkout can support options such as cards and compatible Philippine wallets, depending on current provider availability.
ShopLinks accepts direct-purchase digital products from ₱50, but each payment provider can set a higher minimum. Checkout shows only enabled methods that support the exact order amount. PayMongo remains available from ₱100 in the current hosted-checkout integration; a verified HitPay or enabled manual method can support ₱50.
First check spam, junk, and the email address shown on your receipt. Automatic delivery can take several minutes; manual payment verification can take longer. If it still has not arrived, contact support with your order ID and payment receipt. Never post payment details publicly.
Files, access & refunds
Unless the product page says otherwise, purchases are licensed for your own use. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the source file or access link. Review the Terms of service before purchasing.
Contact us within seven days if the wrong item was delivered, the file or link is broken, or the product materially differs from its description. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after a digital item has been delivered because it cannot be returned. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
Send your order ID from the same email used at checkout through the support form. We can verify the order and help restore legitimate access when appropriate.
Partner recommendations
No. A partner platform may pay us a commission after an eligible purchase, but using the link does not add a ShopLinks fee to your price. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
