ShopLinks PH ("we", "us", "our") is operated by RDahunan I.T. Services from the Philippines. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit shoplinks-ph.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We try to keep this minimal. Specifically:
- Site analytics. Page views, referrer, approximate location (country/city), device type, and time on page — collected via Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- Contact form submissions. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email, subject, and message text.
- Digital product purchases. When you buy a digital product, PayMongo processes your payment and shares with us your name, email, and the items purchased so we can deliver the file. We do not see or store your card details.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) used for security, rate limiting, and debugging.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential cookies: Used to remember whether you've accepted the privacy banner and (for the admin) to keep an admin signed in.
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics to measure site usage. These respect Google's published retention settings.
You can clear cookies anytime through your browser settings. Disabling them won't break the site for visitors.
How we use your information
- To answer messages you send us.
- To deliver digital products you purchase.
- To understand which articles and products are useful, so we can publish more like them.
- To detect and prevent abuse (spam in the contact form, scraping, etc.).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We don't run an email newsletter at this time.
Third-party services we rely on
- Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, file storage. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — aggregated site usage statistics.
- PayMongo — processes digital product payments. Subject to PayMongo's privacy policy.
- Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc. — outbound affiliate links go to these platforms. Once you click out, their privacy policies apply.
Data retention
- Contact form messages: kept indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Digital purchase records: kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics' default settings.
- Server logs: rotated automatically, typically within 30–90 days.
Your rights
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (digital purchase records may be retained for tax compliance).
- Opt out of analytics by using your browser's "Do Not Track" or installing a blocker.

Children's privacy
ShopLinks PH is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard hosting (Firebase / Google Cloud) which provides encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure, but the data we store is minimal and treated carefully.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post a notice on the homepage. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated policy.
