ShopLinks PH is the online storefront of RDahunan I.T. Services in the Philippines. RDahunan I.T. Services operates the site and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when you browse, contact us, create an optional account, or place an order.
1. Information we handle
Orders and digital delivery
When you buy a digital product, we receive the name and email address entered at checkout, the product and amount, payment status and provider identifiers, delivery status, and order timestamps. We use this information to process the order, send access, provide support, prevent duplicate delivery, and maintain business records.
Payment providers process wallet or card credentials on their systems. ShopLinks PH does not receive or store your full card number, wallet password, PIN, or one-time password.
Optional customer accounts
If you create an account, we store the account details required for authentication and the information needed to show eligible purchases in your library. Guest checkout remains available. Administrative accounts and customer accounts use secure session data needed to keep users signed in.
Messages and support
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, and message. If you ask about an order, we may associate the message with order information after verifying the request.
Privacy-first site measurement
We use first-party, anonymous daily aggregate events to understand activity such as page views and product interactions. These aggregates do not store cookies, account or user IDs, email addresses, or raw IP addresses, and they are not used to build advertising profiles.
Security and technical data
Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process standard request information, such as an IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp, to deliver the site, apply rate limits, investigate abuse, and diagnose errors. We do not add this technical data to the anonymous aggregate analytics described above.

The application data store is PostgreSQL. Public and private media may be stored on our application infrastructure or a configured object-storage service. The specific infrastructure can change without changing the purposes described in this policy.
4. Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising. We disclose information to service providers when necessary to process payment, deliver an order, host the service, send email, protect the site, or comply with a lawful request.
When you follow a partner link, you leave ShopLinks PH. The marketplace or seller may receive referral information and then handles your activity under its own policy.
5. Retention
Order and transaction records may be retained for the period needed for delivery, support, dispute handling, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Account information is retained while the account is active or as needed for associated records. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request and related business records. Security logs are rotated according to operational needs.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask what personal information we hold, request correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where retention is not required. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you.

7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, private delivery links, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so contact us promptly if you believe an account, order link, or message has been exposed.
8. Children
The store is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate.
9. Changes and contact
