These terms (Version 2026-10-25) are the agreement between you and RDahunan I.T. Services, the owner of ShopLinks PH, when you promote ShopLinks PH digital products for commission. You accept them when you join the partner program by signing them electronically. They work together with the site Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. If these terms and the site terms conflict on a program matter, these terms apply.
1. Joining
Any ShopLinks PH account with a verified email address can join. You must be at least 18 years old and have a Philippine payout account (GCash, Maya, or a Philippine bank account) in your own name. You join by signing this agreement in your account; signing approves your partner account straight away. One partner account per person or business. We may decline, suspend, or close an account under section 15.
2. Electronic signature
You sign by typing your full legal name, adding your signature, and confirming that you agree. Under the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792) this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. We email you a copy of the signed agreement as a PDF and keep it in your partner account. The PDF records the version, the time, your verified email, and the network address and device used, and is sealed so that any later change to it can be detected.
3. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You cannot make promises, offers, or statements on behalf of RDahunan I.T. Services or ShopLinks PH, and you are responsible for your own costs, tools, and content.
4. Commission and attribution
- The default commission is 20% of the product price on confirmed sales of ShopLinks PH digital products that are paid through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards, QR Ph and the other PayMongo methods). Buyers who come through your link, store or code are offered PayMongo payment only.
- No commission is earned on orders paid any other way, on ShopLinks PDF Pro passes, or on products priced below the PayMongo minimum of ₱100. Partner picks that link out to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or another marketplace are not part of this program.
- Attribution is last-click for 30 days: a sale is credited to the last partner link the buyer clicked within 30 days before checkout, or to the partner code the buyer typed at checkout. Purchases by you, your own email address, or accounts you control are not credited.
- The commission rate applied to each order is the rate in force when the order is placed. We may set a different rate for an individual partner; any change to your rate is shown in your partner account and applies only to orders placed after the change.
5. Upcoming, Available and On hold
Commission is Upcoming for 7 days after the order is delivered, the same window buyers have to report a problem under the Refund Policy, and becomes Available when that window closes. While the buyer has an open refund request, or while we review an order that looks unusual, the commission is On hold and is not Available until the hold is cleared.
If an order is refunded, charged back, or reversed, its commission is cancelled; a partial refund reduces the commission proportionally. Where this happens after the commission was paid out, the amount is deducted from your next commissions, and your Available balance can show a negative amount until it is recovered.
6. Payouts
An Available balance of ₱100 or more is paid by GCash, Maya, or bank transfer to the payout details on your profile. The account must be in your own name: the account holder name must match the legal name you signed with. Before each payout we tell you the amount, the payout date, and any fee the transfer channel charges, which may be deducted from the amount sent. Balances below ₱100 carry over.
You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate; we are not liable for a payout sent to details you supplied. We may pause a payout while we confirm your identity, your payout details, or an unusual order.
7. Account security
Keep your password secret and your email account secure; you are responsible for activity in your partner account. Adding or changing payout details requires two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and we email you whenever they change. Tell us straight away through your partner account or the contact page if you think someone else has used your account.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for registering with the BIR and declaring your income. Where Philippine law requires us to withhold tax on commissions, we will withhold and remit it and give you the corresponding BIR certificate (Form 2307). We may then ask for your TIN before a payout.
9. Your partner store
Your partner store (shoplinks-ph.com/store/your-code) is public. It shows your store name (or your display name), your short intro, and the products you pick, with a note that you may earn a commission. You choose and are responsible for that content: keep it accurate and your own, with no false or misleading claims about a product, its price, or its results, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, and nothing unlawful, hateful, or sexual. We may edit, hide, or remove a store name, intro, or pick that breaks these rules, and switch a store off. You can switch your store off at any time; your link then opens the main store and still counts for you.
10. Prohibited methods
You must not:
- buy through your own link, store, or code, or arrange purchases by family, staff, or alias accounts to earn commission;
- create more than one partner account or use another person's account;
- send unsolicited messages (spam) by email, SMS, chat, or comments;
- bid on “ShopLinks”, “RDahunan”, or our product names in paid search or social ads, or use them in ad display URLs;
- set the attribution cookie without a real click (cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, redirects);
- offer cash-back, rebates, or other incentives for buying through your link, publish your code on coupon sites, or make misleading claims about a product, its price, or what it does;
- post your links on ShopLinks PH's own pages, comments, or support channels;
- target children, or promote the products with content meant for children;
- impersonate ShopLinks PH or RDahunan I.T. Services, or present yourself as an official store or staff member.
11. Disclosure and honest promotion
Every post, video, caption, story, comment, or message that contains your link, store, or code must clearly say that you earn a commission. Put the disclosure at the start of the caption or say it in the video itself, not after “See more” and not among other hashtags. Use plain words such as “#ad”, “Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you buy”, or “May komisyon ako kapag bumili ka sa link na ito”. The ready-made captions in your partner account start with this disclosure.
Only say what is true and what you actually know: do not claim you used a product if you did not, do not invent reviews, ratings, sales counts, or results, and do not present a paid recommendation as an independent opinion. The Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) prohibits false, deceptive, or misleading advertising, and you are responsible for your own posts.
12. Brand use
While you are an active partner you may use the ShopLinks PH name, logo, product names, and product images we provide to promote the products, as long as you do not alter them or suggest endorsement beyond the program. You may not register domains, social handles, or app names that include our brand or product names. This permission ends when your account ends.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data (your account details, legal name, signature and signing record, payout details, links, clicks, referred orders, commissions, payouts, store content, and support messages) to run this agreement, pay you, keep tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud, as described in the Privacy Policy. Buyers' names, email addresses, and payment details are never shared with you.
If you collect personal data from your own audience, for example from comments or messages, you handle it under your own responsibility and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Do not ask buyers for personal or payment information on our behalf, and do not send us your audience's personal data.
14. Changes to the program
We may change these terms, the commission rate, the attribution window, the payout rules, or the products in the program. We will post the new version here, update the version date, tell you by email or in your partner account, and ask you to sign the new version. Changes apply to orders placed after they take effect. Until you sign a new version your links keep working, but payouts pause. If you do not agree, stop using your links and ask us to close your account.
15. Suspension and termination
Either side may end the agreement at any time by notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, the site terms, or the law. On termination, Available commission that has accrued is paid on the next payout run; commission from orders obtained through a prohibited method is forfeited, and we may recover amounts already paid on those orders. We keep the signed agreement and payout records for the periods in the Privacy Policy.
16. Limitation of liability
The program is provided “as available”. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, sales, or earnings, or that tracking will never fail. To the extent permitted by law, RDahunan I.T. Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the program, and our total liability to you is limited to the Available commission unpaid at the time of the claim.
17. Governing law
Philippine law governs these terms. Complaints are handled first through the contact page; the courts of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu have venue over any dispute that cannot be settled.
