Before you buy
Are the other editions included?
No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Microsoft Excel Edition.
Is this official accounting or regulated software?
No. No credit scoring or background checking, no interest or penalty computation beyond the instalment price you set, no legal demand letters or replevin filing, no SEC or lending company registration, and no credit bureau reporting.
Can I resell or share it?
No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.
Is the difference between cash and instalment price interest?
That is between you and your own pricing policy. The workbook records both prices and computes the schedule from the instalment price you set.
What if a customer pays several weeks at once?
Record it as one collection. Arrears compares total paid against the schedule, so paying ahead simply shows the account as Current.
Does it produce demand letters?
No. It gives you the aging list. Any collection letter or legal step stays outside the workbook.
