Before you buy
Are the other editions included?
No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Microsoft Excel Edition.
Is this official accounting or regulated software?
No. No CDA registration or reporting compliance, audited financial statements, statutory reserve computation, regulated dividend declaration, credit investigation, collateral appraisal, official receipts, or tax filing.
Can I resell or share it?
No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.
Why three times equity as the loan limit?
It is a common starting rule in small cooperatives. The multiple is written into the sheet, and you can change it in the formula if your by-laws set a different one.
Does it compute the statutory reserve?
No. It splits the surplus you enter into the pools you set. Reserve computation and dividend declaration follow your by-laws and the rules of the regulator.
Can a member withdraw more than their savings?
The sheet will let you type it, and the data-quality checks will flag the negative savings balance so it can be corrected.
