How do I record a customer who returns a cylinder for good?
Enter a Cylinder Return with zero refilled, zero released, and one returned. The deposit is refunded on that row and the total due goes negative, which is the amount you hand back.
Does a swap collect the deposit again?
No. A swap releases one cylinder and returns one, so the charge and the refund cancel. Only the refill and any delivery fee are due.
Does it handle cylinder inspection or safety records?
No. It tracks the commercial side only. Inspection, requalification, and leak testing records stay with your safety paperwork.
