Before you buy
Are the other editions included?
No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Google Sheets Edition.
Is this official accounting or regulated software?
No. No dive computer or logbook sync, no certification agency submission or card issuance, no medical questionnaire or liability waiver generation, no weather or tide feed, and no online booking page.
Can I resell or share it?
No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.
How are marine sanctuary fees handled?
They are set once on the dive site. Every seat on a trip to that site picks the fee up automatically and it is subtracted again in the trip margin.
Can one payment cover a course and a trip?
Record them as two payment rows, one against the course ID and one against the booking ID, so each balance stays correct.
Does it track individual dive logs?
No. It records seats, gear, tanks, courses and money. Personal dive logs stay with the diver.
