What if an outlet returns cases from an old invoice?
Record the return against the invoice that issued them. If more come back than went out, the check flags the invoice so it can be corrected.
Does it count van stock?
No. It records what was invoiced to outlets. Load-out and van inventory reconciliation stay outside the workbook.
