Are the other editions included?
No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Private Google Sheets Web App.
Is this official accounting or regulated software?
No. No online booking page, calendar or payment app sync, automatic slot blocking, SMS or app reminders, membership card scanning, payroll, tax filing, or official receipts.
Can I resell or share it?
No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.
How do I handle a regular who books the same block every week?
Record each week as its own booking with the Regular Block type. The hours and rate repeat, and you can give a standing discount on each row.
What if the lights were only on for part of the booking?
Enter only the hours the lights ran as surcharge hours. The surcharge is charged per hour, not per booking.
Can customers book online through this?
No. It is a records system. Bookings are entered by whoever takes the reservation, on the counter sheet or in the Web App form.
