A van on a fixed route earns in small, fast pieces. Sixteen passengers at a set fare, minus a tank of diesel, minus the toll, minus whatever the driver keeps, and the operator finds out at the end of the week whether any of it was worth the day. BiyaheDesk PH puts the whole computation on the trip row, so gross fare, trip costs, driver share, and net remittance are known before the driver leaves the terminal.

Price the route, not the trip

A route carries an origin, destination, distance, and one fare per passenger. Every trip on that route pulls the fare automatically, so a fare change is edited in one place instead of being renegotiated per run.

Vehicles carry a body type, plate number, and seat count, which keeps the passenger figure honest when a trip is reviewed later.

Let the trip row do the arithmetic

A trip records the vehicle, route, driver, passengers carried, fuel cost, and toll and parking. Gross fare is passengers times fare, trip costs are fuel plus toll, and the driver share is a percentage of gross taken from the driver's own boundary rate.

Net remittance is what is left, and it is the number the driver hands over. Nobody has to argue about it at the terminal because both sides can read the same row.

Count only the runs that happened

Status runs from Scheduled to Completed or Cancelled. Only Completed trips feed the driver and vehicle reports, so a run that was pulled at the terminal never becomes a phantom collection.

DRIVER REPORT totals trips, gross fare, driver share, net to remit, amounts remitted, and the balance still in hand, which is the settlement sheet at the end of the day.

Find out which unit actually earns

VEHICLE REPORT totals passengers, gross fare, trip costs, driver shares, and maintenance per vehicle, then subtracts to a net income. A busy unit with heavy repairs stops looking busy once that column is filled in.

A pass through CHECKS before settlement catches trips pointing at unknown vehicles or drivers and drivers who remitted more than they collected.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
