Step 1

Create your partner account

Open shoplinks-ph.com/affiliates/register on your phone or computer.

1. 1Type a display name (your page, channel or first name: your referral code is made from it), your email, and a password twice.
2. 2Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
3. 3Tap Create my partner account.

Already shop with us? Skip this step: sign in with the same account and go to step 3.

Step 2

Verify your email

We send you a verification link. Open it within 24 hours: it signs you in and takes you straight to the partner agreement.

No email after a few minutes? Check your Spam or Promotions folder, and make sure you typed the address correctly.

Step 3

Sign the partner agreement

1. 1Check your display name and type your full legal name, as on your ID. Payouts can only go to an account in this name.
2. 2Where do you promote? (optional): for example TikTok, your Facebook page or YouTube.
3. 3Read the agreement in the box. It's also on its own page: partner agreement.
4. 4Choose how to sign: Draw with your finger, Type your name, or Upload a photo of your signature.
5. 5If you chose Type, write your full name and pick a style.
6. 6Tap Use signature. You can still change it.
7. 7Tick I am 18 or older… to confirm that you agree.
8. 8Tap Sign and join the partner program. You're approved straight away, and we email you a sealed PDF copy of what you signed.

Step 4

Get to know your partner account

1. 1Your referral code. It is part of every link you share, so sales find their way back to you.
2. 2The tabs: Overview, Products & links, My store, Analytics, Commissions, Payouts, Payout details, Security, Agreement and Support. On a phone, swipe them sideways.
3. 3Finish setting up lists what's left: share a link, turn on two-factor authentication, and add your payout details. Steps 5 to 9 below cover each one.

Step 5

Copy a product link and caption

Open the Products & links tab.

1. 1Search for a product or pick a category. Choose things your audience actually needs.
2. 2Each product shows its price and exactly what you earn: 20% of the price, for example ₱79.80 on a ₱399 system.
3. 3Copy link copies your personal link for that product.
4. 4Copy caption copies a ready-made post in English (EN) or Filipino (TL), with the disclosure already at the start.
5. 5Add to my store puts the product on your store page (up to 24 picks).

The Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp and Viber buttons share it in one tap. Anyone who buys within 30 days of clicking your link counts for you; if they click another partner's link later, the last click wins.

Step 6

Post it the right way

Every post, caption, video or message with your link must say at the start that you earn a commission: not after “See more”, and not hidden among hashtags. The captions you copy already do this. In videos, say it out loud too.

Step 7

Set up your store (recommended)

Your store is one link for your bio that shows all your picks. Open the My store tab.

1. 1Your store link looks like shoplinks-ph.com/a/yourcode. Copy it, or share it with the Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp or Viber buttons.
2. 2Give your store a name and a short intro, then tap Save store.

Use Preview my store to see it; opening it that way doesn't count as a click.

Step 8

Turn on two-factor authentication

You need this before you can add payout details, so a stolen password alone can never move your earnings. First install an authenticator app on your phone: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.

1. 1Open the Security tab and type your ShopLinks PH password.
2. 2Tap Set up 2FA.
3. 3On your phone, tap Open in my authenticator app. On a computer, choose “Enter a setup key” in the app instead.
4. 4Your setup key (hidden in this picture). Keep it private.
5. 5Type the 6-digit code your app shows for ShopLinks PH.
6. 6Tap Turn on 2FA, then save your backup codes somewhere safe. They get you in if you lose your phone.

Step 9

Add your payout details

Open the Payout details tab.

1. 1Choose GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
2. 2GCash or Maya: your 11-digit mobile number. Bank: the bank name and account number.
3. 3The account holder name, exactly as GCash, Maya or your bank shows it. It must match your legal name.
4. 4A fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
5. 5Tap Save payout details. We email you every time they change.

Step 10

Track your sales and get paid

Your balance on the Overview tab moves through these stages:

1. 1Available: past the 7-day refund window. This is the amount we pay out.
2. 2Upcoming: paid orders still inside the 7 days after delivery.
3. 3On hold: the buyer asked for a refund, or we're checking the order. Nothing to do on your side.

The Commissions tab lists every referred order. “Awaiting payment” means the buyer hasn't paid yet, and refunded orders show as “Reversed”. When your Available balance reaches ₱100, we pay it to your GCash, Maya or bank account. Before each payout we tell you the amount, the date and any transfer fee. Smaller balances carry over.
