No. A pass is paid once and simply ends when its days are used up. Nothing is charged again. If you buy another pass while Pro is still running, its days are added on top.
No. Merge, compress, sign by yourself, convert and the other tools stay free and work right in your browser. Pro is for ShopLinks Sign, where you send a document to other people to sign.
No. They get an e-mail with a private link, confirm a 6-digit code sent to that e-mail address, and sign on their phone or computer. Only the sender needs an account.
The Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792) recognizes electronic signatures and documents. Each finished document comes with a certificate of who signed, when, from which device, and how their e-mail was confirmed. Some documents, like notarized deeds and some government forms, still need a wet signature or a notary.
Signed documents stay for 30 more days so you can download them or renew. After that they are deleted for good. Documents are stored encrypted and only you and your signers can open them.
