For licensed physical therapists: a therapy clinic gives exercise, manual therapy and electrotherapy sessions to patients recovering from injuries, strokes and surgery, on a doctor's prescription. It is written for owners who hold, or are getting, the licence this business needs.

Are the peso figures accurate for my area?

They are sample estimates for Cebu as of October 2026. Prices differ by city and supplier, so the calculator lets you replace every figure with your own quotes.

Does it cover permits?

Yes: the usual order of DTI, barangay clearance, Mayor's permit, BIR and employer registration, plus the licences specific to this business. Requirements and fees are set by each city and agency, so confirm them with the offices named.

Does the calculator work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. In Excel, click Enable Editing if the file opens in Protected View.

Can I use it for clients?

The license covers your own business. Consultants, cooperatives and schools using it with clients or members need a commercial license.
