Are the other editions included?

No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Microsoft Excel Edition.

Is this official accounting or regulated software?

No. No state pesticide application reporting or regulatory record submission, no EPA label or rate compliance checking, no termite bond or warranty administration, no route optimization or GPS, and no customer notification messaging.

Can I resell or share it?

No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.

Does it file state pesticide application reports?

No. It keeps your own record of what was applied, where and by whom. Regulatory submission stays in its own system.

How do I handle free callbacks?

Log them as visits with a charge of zero. The minutes and product still cost the route, which is what you want to see.

Can I bill a plan visit and an extra job on one invoice?

Yes. Tag both visits to the same invoice ID and the total accumulates from them.
