Are the other editions included?
No. This delivery contains only the separately sold Private Google Sheets Web App.
Is this official accounting or regulated software?
No. No BIR electronic filing through eFPS or eBIRForms, no tax computation, tax advice or return preparation, no audited financial statements, no accounting-software or bank-feed sync, no payroll processing, official receipts, or any submission to a government agency.
Can I resell or share it?
No. The license permits internal use and customization for one business only.
Does it file anything with the BIR?
No. It is a scheduling and billing record for your own practice. Filing, tax computation, and any submission to a government agency stay outside it.
Can a client have deliverables that are not monthly?
Yes. Deliverable types carry a frequency, and each log row has its own period and due date, so quarterly and annual work sits in the same list.
What counts as Due Soon?
A row that is not yet completed and falls within seven days of its due date.
