How is spoilage handled?
Record it as wastage against the arrival with a reason. It reduces kilos unsold without pretending it was sold.
Can I use a different commission rate for one shipment?
The rate comes from the consignor. For a one-off arrangement, adjust the hauling deduction, which stays visible on the arrival.
