A Piso WiFi or vendo network earns in coins, a few pesos at a time, across machines the operator rarely sees. Without records, the host share becomes an argument, refills and repairs blur into the coins, and nobody knows which machine is actually profitable. VendoKita PH gives each machine its own ledger.

Register locations and machines

Each host location carries the agreed host share rate, and each machine references its location and purchase cost. That is enough for the sheet to split every collection correctly.

Machine status (Active, Under Repair, Inactive) keeps the dashboard honest about how many units are earning.

Record every collection

A collection row records coins, bills or GCash, who collected, and the date. Total collected, host share, and net to operator are calculated from the location's rate.

Because the share is computed, settling with the host is a matter of showing the row rather than negotiating from memory.

Log what each machine costs

Refills (water, snacks, load), maintenance jobs with downtime, and expenses such as internet and electricity are recorded per machine.

Downtime hours make it obvious which unit needs replacing rather than another repair.

Read the machine report

MACHINE REPORT totals collections, host share, refills, maintenance, and expenses per machine and shows net income. Compare it against purchase cost to see payback.

A weekly review of CHECKS catches collections recorded against unknown machines or locations before they distort the report.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
