Rooms carry type, capacity, nightly rate, and a status such as Available, Occupied, Cleaning, or Maintenance. Guests are registered once with contact details and origin.

Repeat guests keep their booking history under one ID.

Bookings that do the arithmetic

A booking records check-in and check-out dates, guests, nightly rate, discount, source, and status. Nights, room charges, add-ons, total, payments, and balance are calculated.

Cancelled and no-show bookings keep their record but drop out of the room-night count.

Charge extras and collect deposits

Breakfast, extra beds, boat trips, laundry, and damage are add-on charges against the booking. Deposits and check-out payments are matched to the booking ID.
