Selling on three marketplaces and a Facebook page at once feels like growth until the payouts arrive. Each platform deducts its own commission and payment fee, vouchers come out of the seller's share, shipping subsidies hide inside the statement, and returns arrive weeks later. SellerDesk PH puts every order on one row with the payout it should bring, so the gap between what was sold and what was received has a name and an amount.

Fees from your own rates

Each platform gets the commission rate, payment fee rate and remit days you read from your own seller centre. The workbook applies them to gross sales less your seller voucher.

Because the rates are inputs, a fee change is one edit on the platform row. If you want earlier orders to keep the old rate, add the new rate as a separate platform row from that date.

One order, one payout due

An order records the platform, SKU, quantity, price, voucher and any shipping you shouldered. Total deductions and the payout due follow.

Remittances are recorded against the order they settle, so a short or missing payout shows as a balance on that order instead of a puzzle in the bank statement.

Returns and stock that agree

A return records what the platform deducted and how many pieces went back on the shelf in good condition. Damaged pieces become a loss value.

Stock on hand is opening stock plus restocks and good returns, less units sold, and a SKU reads Reorder before it runs out in the middle of a sale.

Margin per SKU and per platform

The SKU margin report takes gross sales less deductions and item cost. The platform report also subtracts ads and other expenses tagged to that platform.

Labels of Healthy, Thin, Low and Loss show which product to reprice and which platform's ads are eating the profit.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
