An internet cafe sells time in small pieces, plus a print job here and a scan there. The attendant keeps it in their head until the shift changes, and the owner sees only the cash left at closing. NetDesk PH turns every session into a row with the unit, minutes, and amount computed, and every print job into a sale, so the day's income can be traced back to the units that earned it.

Price each unit once

Units carry a type and an hourly price. Gaming rigs, office PCs, and consoles can have different prices, and a session picks up the price of the unit it used.

Unit status marks which machines are under repair, so the count of earning units stays honest.

Log sessions by minutes

A session records the date, unit, member if any, start time, and minutes used. Session amount, total after add-ons and discounts, payments, and balance are formula-driven.

Members get an ID so their sessions, discounts, and balances can be reviewed together.

Record print jobs and snacks as sales

Service sales carry the service, quantity, and unit price, with the amount computed. Over a month this shows whether printing or gaming pays the rent.

Paper and ink are supplies with a reorder level; each ream opened is a Stock Out movement so on-hand stays current.

Read the unit report

UNIT REPORT totals sessions, minutes, hours, and session sales per unit. A unit that earns little may be the slow one customers avoid.

A weekly pass through CHECKS catches sessions on unknown units and payments pointing at missing sessions.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
