Setup and migration are quoted according to the work required. Any separately priced tools and the expected service interruption are explained before you approve the project.

Ongoing support for your team

Businesses can also request a support plan covering agreed tasks such as user administration, mailbox changes, security configuration, troubleshooting, and staff guidance. Support hours and response arrangements are set out in the service proposal.

Selected backup, security, and other cloud products can be sourced through Pax8 when suitable. Availability depends on the product, customer eligibility, and sales territory, and is checked before a quote or order.
