New Year's Eve in the Philippines is noisy, round-fruited and full of traditions, and the hours before midnight need filling. Media Noche Planner is a 13-page printable New Year's Eve planner that takes most of the preparation off your plate. Plan the New Year's Eve feast and the 12 round fruits, with a traditions checklist.

What is inside

The pack has New Year traditions, a planning checklist, a Guest list & RSVP page, a budget tracker, a menu planner, a shopping list, a program & run sheet, recipe cards, food labels and 2 pages of party signs. Everything is in English with Filipino where it feels natural, the way most Pinoy parties actually sound.

How to plan with it

Work through the pages in order. The checklist splits the work into weeks, and the guest list, budget and program pages keep everyone on the committee looking at the same numbers.

Tips from the host's table

  • Fill in the checklist first so every task has a name beside it.
  • Keep the budget and guest list pages in one folder and update them weekly.
  • Share the program page with the emcee and the committee a few days before.

Who it is for

It is made for the organizer who wants everything in one place: the person collecting contributions, booking the venue and answering everyone's questions about the program.

Stay on budget

Write the estimate for every item before you buy anything, then fill in the actual amount as receipts come in. If guests are chipping in, the contributions box shows who has paid at a glance, so nobody has to ask twice. Bring the pages to every committee meeting and update them on the spot.

Printing

The file is an A4 PDF of 13 pages, a quick, focused set. Print at home or bring it to a computer shop on your phone. Use cardstock for anything that will be handed out, held up or kept, and plain bond paper for game sheets. You can print it as many times as you need for your own event.
