Small lending runs on trust and a notebook, and both fail at the same moment: when a borrower says they already paid, and nobody can show the schedule. Collectors carry cash all day, commissions are estimated at month end, and overdue accounts are noticed only when the capital stops coming back. LoanDesk PH puts the loan row at the center so the schedule, collections, and collector shares all count from the same record.

Set the product once, release loans against it

A loan product holds the flat interest rate, the number of installments, and the frequency. Each released loan copies the rate so a special arrangement can still be recorded honestly.

Interest, total due, and installment amount are calculated from the principal, so the borrower sees the same numbers the ledger does.

Schedule every installment

One row per installment with its due date and amount is all the sheet needs. Balance, days overdue, and Due, Overdue, or Paid status are formula-driven.

The DUE LIST sheet turns the schedule into the morning route: which borrowers, which amounts, and how many days late.

Record collections the same day

Every collection carries the loan ID, the schedule ID, the collector, and the method. Partial payments simply leave a balance on the installment.

Because the collector is on the row, the COLLECTOR REPORT can total collections and compute the commission due without a separate tally.

Watch capital, not just cash

The dashboard shows principal released, collections, outstanding balance, and the overdue amount. If the overdue amount grows faster than collections, the lender knows before the month ends.

A weekly pass through CHECKS catches loans with unknown borrowers, schedule rows pointing at missing loans, and overpaid accounts.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
