A load counter earns two or three pesos at a time, hundreds of times a day, from wallets that drain silently. The drawer comes up short and nobody knows whether it was a mistyped load, an unlogged top-up, or a bill paid from the till. LoadDesk PH gives every wallet a balance, every sale a profit, and every day a cash count with an expected closing to compare against.

Give every wallet a balance

Each retailer SIM or e-wallet is registered with its opening balance. Top-ups add to it and load sales subtract, so the sheet always shows what is left to sell.

A negative wallet balance in CHECKS means a sale was recorded against the wrong wallet or a top-up was missed.

Record every load with its profit

A load sale carries the wallet, network, load amount, selling price, and commission rate. Markup, commission, and profit are computed per row.

NETWORK REPORT totals transactions, load sold, sales, markup, commission, and profit per network, which shows where the counter really earns.

Log bills payments and top-ups

Bills payments record the biller, account, bill amount, and service fee; total collected is computed. Status tracks whether the payment has been posted with the biller.

Top-ups record the method, so only cash top-ups reduce the expected cash in the drawer.

Count cash every closing

DAILY CASH takes the opening cash and the actual cash counted. Load cash in, bills cash in, cash top-ups, and cash expenses are summed from the day's records, and the difference shows Balanced, Short, or Over.

A consistent Short on one day points to a missing record rather than a missing peso, which is a much easier problem to fix.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
