Key takeaways
- Every mine becomes a claim with a deadline.
- Held stock is not available stock.
- Convert claims into one order per buyer.
- Read profit per show, not per month.
Live selling moves fast and forgets faster. Twenty people type mine in ninety minutes, half of them pay, and the rest quietly disappear while their items sit reserved for nobody. LiveSellDesk PH turns each mine into a claim row with a payment deadline, holds the stock while the claim is live, and shows which holds have expired and should go back on the shelf. Show profit is then a subtraction, not a feeling.
Give every mine a deadline
A claim records the show, buyer, product, quantity, price, and how many days the item is held. The payment deadline is the claim date plus the hold days.
The deadline status reads Holding, Due today, or Expired, so the seller knows exactly which reservations to chase and which to cancel.
Separate held stock from sold stock
Available stock subtracts both sold quantities and quantities still held, so an item reserved by a buyer is not offered again in the next show.
When a claim is released, the hold disappears and the quantity returns to available immediately. Nothing has to be re-counted by hand.
Convert claims into one order
A buyer who claimed three items gets one order. The order sums the line totals from its claims, adds the shipping fee, subtracts any suki discount, and shows a balance after payments.
Shipping details live on the order, so packing and handover are done from a single row rather than from scrolled-back comments.
Read the profit after every show
Gross sales count only paid claims. Item cost comes from the product unit cost, and show expenses cover boosts, giveaways, and anything else charged to that session.
Profit is gross sales less item cost less show expenses. A show with a big audience and a thin margin becomes visible before it is repeated.
Review exceptions every week
Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to a claim that is never paid?
Set the claim status to Released. The hold is removed and the quantity goes back to available stock.
Can one buyer have several claims in one order?
Yes. Put the same order ID on each claim and the order sums them into one item total.
Does it read the comments from my live?
No. You enter each claim. The workbook handles the deadline, the stock hold, the order, and the profit.
Does this replace official records?
No. No Facebook or TikTok connection, automatic comment capture, courier tracking integration, payment gateway, buyer messaging, official receipts, or tax filing.
