Egg dealing runs on a few pesos per tray and a lot of trays. Farmgate prices move every week, customers buy on short credit, and eggs crack at every step from the farm to the store. ItlogDesk PH keeps stock by size, sales by route and breakage by incident in one workbook so the margin you think you made is the margin you actually kept.

Stock by size, not by total

Pewee, small, medium, large, extra large and jumbo are costed and priced separately, so stock is kept per size.

Each size starts with its opening trays, adds farm deliveries, and subtracts trays sold and trays lost to breakage. A negative count means something was recorded against the wrong size.

Sales on short credit

Each sale is made of tray lines by size at the price agreed with that customer. Its due date is the sale date plus the customer's credit days.

Collections are recorded against the sale, and anything unpaid past its due date reads Overdue, so the collector knows which stores to visit first.

Counting the cracks

Every breakage incident records the size, the stage and the number of eggs. The workbook converts them to trays lost and costs them at the size's current cost.

Crack eggs sold cheaply are recorded as recovered value. The net loss is what breakage actually cost you.

Is the route worth driving?

Expenses can be tagged to a route. The route summary adds each route's sales, collections, egg cost and expenses, then computes the route margin.

A route that sells well but burns fuel for small orders shows up as Thin or Low before you renew the helper or the vehicle.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
