Ice is the only product that leaves the plant and starts disappearing on its own. A plant runs three hundred bars a day, sells most of them, and never writes down the ones that melted in a stalled truck or cracked on the tailgate. At the end of the month the sales look healthy and the cash does not agree. IceDesk PH puts production, sales, and loss on the same board so remaining stock and margin after loss are both visible.

Price each product before you produce it

A block bar, a tube bag, and a sack of crushed ice have different production costs and different selling prices. Each is registered once with both, and the margin per unit is computed from them.

Production batches are then priced automatically, so a day's output has a cost the moment it is logged.

Let the delivery carry the real price

Dealer price, fish landing price, and walk-in price are all different in this trade. The unit price sits on the delivery row, so the sheet never argues with the price you actually charged.

Sales amount, payments, and balance follow from that row, which is what the customer statement is built from.

Log the loss the same day

Melt, breakage, and spillage are entered as their own rows with a reason. Produced minus sold minus loss gives the ice that should still be in the freezer, which is the number to compare against a physical count.

The loss is then priced at production cost, so a hundred pesos of melted ice reads as a hundred pesos and not as a shrug.

Read margin after loss, not gross sales

PRODUCT REPORT shows produced, sold, lost, remaining, sales, cost of ice sold, loss cost, and net margin per product. That last column is the one that decides whether a product is worth running.

CUSTOMER STATEMENT shows balances and the coolers and tubs still out, and a weekly pass through CHECKS catches deliveries pointing at unknown customers or products.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
