A rental gown is booked, altered, picked up, worn, returned, cleaned and booked again, and money changes hands at almost every step. Reservation fees, balances, security deposits, late fees and damage charges are easy to lose between a notebook and a chat thread. GownDesk PH ties every piece and every peso to one rental from booking to the deposit refund.

One booking, every piece on it

Each rental names the customer, the event, the pickup date and the return due date. Every piece rented goes on it as a line, at the item's listed rate less any entourage or corporate discount.

An entourage booking with a bridal gown, three bridesmaid dresses and two kids' pieces stays one record, so the rental fee updates when a piece is added or dropped.

Returns, late days and damage

Logging the return records the date, the condition and who received the pieces. Late days count from the return due date and multiply by the daily late fee set on the booking.

Torn hems and stains go in the damage log with the repair cost and the amount charged to the customer, and both flow into the total due.

Deposits are the customer's money

When part of a security deposit covers a late fee or damage, record it as a payment of the kind Deposit Applied. That settles the charge without inventing new cash.

What remains, less anything already handed back, is the deposit refund due. The dashboard totals it so you always know how much of the drawer belongs to customers.

Which pieces pay for themselves

Item earnings adds what each piece earned across its rentals, subtracts cleaning and repair, and compares the result with its purchase cost.

The payback label reads Early, Halfway or Paid back. Read it before buying new stock for wedding season.

Review exceptions every week

Resolve duplicate IDs, missing links, overdue balances, negative amounts, and open operational items in CHECKS before using the dashboard for decisions.
