Cost the arrangement, not the guess
Every flower, container, and material is listed once with a unit cost. An arrangement is then given a recipe: twelve stems, one vase, one wrap. Material cost is the sum of those lines, total cost adds the labour, and margin and margin rate follow from the selling price.

Make spoilage a line, not a mystery
Stock moves in three directions: received from suppliers, used in arrangements, and spoiled. On hand is opening stock plus received, less used, less spoiled, so the sheet and the bucket agree.
Spoilage is entered with a quantity and a reason, and the cost is computed from the item's unit cost. A month of spoilage rows shows whether the loss is over-ordering, a broken chiller, or a delivery habit.
Hold delivery dates and staged payments
An order carries a required delivery date and address. Days to delivery counts down, so a wedding booked three weeks out never falls off the board.
Event orders are usually paid in stages. Each payment records a stage of Reservation, Partial, Balance, or Full, and the order shows Paid, Partial, or Unpaid against its own total.
Read the margin after the losses
The arrangement report totals orders, units sold, sales, material cost, labour cost, and gross margin per arrangement. That answers which designs are worth promoting.
