A child who solves a hard maze or sudoku learns that sticking with a problem pays off. Easy Mazes is a 14-page printable pack for toddlers ages 2 to 3.

What is inside

The pack has 9 mazes. Page titles include “Help the rocket reach the moon”, “Help the bee reach the flower”, “Help Kiko get to school”, “Help the cat find the yarn” and “Help the jeepney reach the fiesta”. An answer key at the back makes checking quick. Instructions are written in English with a Filipino line underneath, so kids and parents can use whichever language is easier.

Covers and headers are in full color, but every activity area is black line art on white, so the pages print cleanly in grayscale and do not waste ink.

Skills it builds

Working through the pages practices problem solving and pencil control. Each page takes about 5 to 10 minutes, which suits the attention span of toddlers ages 2 to 3.

How to use it

  • Talk through a solved puzzle together: which step made it click?
  • Race each other on the same puzzle for fun.
  • Give a hint only after a real attempt; the struggle is part of the value.
  • Sit beside your child and do the first page together.

Ideas beyond the page

Swap puzzles with a sibling or friend and time each other. Talk about the strategy after solving: what worked and what did not.

Who it is for

Toddlers learn through short bursts of play, so the pages use big shapes, thick outlines and almost no reading. At 14 pages, this is a short mini pack, good for a week of practice or a single weekend. Parents can use it for homeschool or after-school practice, and teachers can print it for one classroom.

Printing tips

The file is an A4 PDF. Choose “Fit to page” and print one-sided; black-and-white is fine for the activity pages. At a computer shop, bring the PDF on your phone or a USB drive. You can print the whole pack or only the pages you need, as many times as you like for your own children or your own classroom.
