A good coloring page does more than fill time: it trains grip, patience and staying inside a shape. Complex Mandalas is a 60-page printable pack for teens ages 12 to 17.

What is inside

The pack has 55 mandalas, plus 2 bonus pages. Page titles include “Mandala”, “Flower mandala” and “Geometric mandala”. Pages are in English, with a clean layout that works for school and home.

Covers and headers are in full color, but every activity area is black line art on white, so the pages print cleanly in grayscale and do not waste ink.

Skills it builds

Working through the pages practices stress relief and focus. Each page takes about a few minutes a day, which suits the attention span of teens ages 12 to 17.

How to use it

  • Ask your child to tell a short story about the picture once it is done.
  • Start with crayons for younger kids; switch to colored pencils for the detailed pages.
  • Name the pictures together in English and Filipino while coloring.
  • Teens get the most out of planners when they fill them in at the same time each day.

Ideas beyond the page

Cut out the finished picture and use it as a bookmark or a fridge decoration. Play “I spy” with the picture before coloring: find something round, something tiny, something that moves.

Who it is for

Teens prefer a clean, minimal look, so the pages skip cartoon art and focus on clear structure. At 60 pages, this is a full workbook that can carry a whole term of practice. Parents can use it for homeschool or after-school practice, and teachers can print it for one classroom.

Printing tips

The file is an A4 PDF. Choose “Fit to page” and print one-sided; black-and-white is fine for the activity pages. At a computer shop, bring the PDF on your phone or a USB drive. You can print the whole pack or only the pages you need, as many times as you like for your own children or your own classroom.
